Professional training
You can only go forward if you stay up-to-date. That is why we encourage our employees to participate in trainings for their specific areas of expertise, be they technical, sales-oriented or process-related.
Our drivers and service technicians participate in regular work security and driver’s trainings to ensure they are safe and confident in their roles. It’s important to us that whoever goes out to our customers to create excellent solutions and work out complex problems in the name of IBAU HAMBURG must be trained professionally.
